Nitro Circus on MTV
In 2009, Godfrey Entertainment partnered with Dickhouse productions to create a new smash hit TV series, Nitro Circus TV. A two-year run of the highly-rated multi-episode half-hour show has just concluded on Viacom’s MTV network. Featuring Travis Pastrana and his reckless pals, Andy Bell, Jolene Van Vugt, Jim DeChamp, Erik Roner, Tommy Passemante (Streetbike Tommy), and Special Greg, the crew traveled the world performing motorcycle stunts, BASE jumps, and other crazy antics in a must-watch series of challenges to each other and special guests like Tony Hawk, Bam Margera, and Johnny Knoxville.
The TV show aired to more than one billion homes worldwide in 2009 on MTV and broke ratings records in the USA, where it premiered earlier this year.

Castaic Lake
The Nitro Circus DVD series has become synonymous with the largest, most outrageous stunts in the action sports genre. In 2007, we raised the bar big time with the now famous, Castaic Crossover. Using an elaborate, custom-built, dirt jump set up, Travis Pastrana charged through the center of a motorized mosh pit in a Red Bull racing truck. At the same time, the legendary Grave Digger Monster Truck and Pastrana 199 Monster Truck and 9 other top-flight FMX stars crossed in every direction and on multiple levels. With a Tyler mounted camera in a chopper over head and 6 other cameras on the ground, the action was captured from every angle. The result was nothing short of breathtaking and has to be watched multiple times to fully appreciate all that is happening. Dangerous, yes Expensive, yes Worth it? Absolutely!

Grand Canyon
Gregg Godfrey helped Travis Pastrana realize a long time dream of jumping a motorcycle into the Grand Canyon with a parachute on his back for the film, Global Addiction, released in 2002. In 2007 Travis returned, and this time with friends Jim DeChamp, Erik Roner, and Jolene Van Vugt. BASE jumping from a bike is as risky as it gets and the day nearly cost Travis and Jolene their lives. Jolene got hung up on a tandem jump with Travis that seemingly scared everyone on the crew but her, and Travis opened dangerously late after performing a triple back flip, fearing the bike would land on his chute. This is heart-in-your-mouth stuff and crazy is an understatement when describing these stunts.

Nitro Circus Country Fried
Nitro Circus Country Fried is the latest adventure of motorcycle legend Travis Pastrana and the Nitro Circus crew. As if the double backflip was not enough, Pastrana pushed the limits even further by landing the “TP7″ (Backflip 700), redeeming himself from his crash at X Games 15. Country Fried also features Supercross legend Jeremy McGrath messing with the crew at his secret ranch and Supercross/Motocross champ Chad Reed. In another example of Godfrey Entertainment’s cutting edge production approach, three unique sequences were shot for Country Fried using a Phantom HD Gold camera, capturing a mind-boggling 1500 frames a second. This high frame rate records incredible images in slow motion that disclose details normally invisible to the naked eye. The result was a stunning revelation into the power, speed, and explosiveness inherent in dirt bike riding and another hit video for Godfrey Entertainment.
